Do you feel that your work has taken over the rest of your life, and friends, family and health are suffering? We can provide an external perspective and help you develop an action plan to address the missing elements of your life and keep you on track.

Take Charge Coaching
Is there a nagging problem that keeps recurring in your jobs or relationships? Would you like to take charge of that issue and put it behind you? Transcend's coaches can work with you to identify the root causes of your problem, the part you play, and actions you can take to make change quickly and get focused on your new future.

Get on Top of It Coaching
Do you find yourself in a new position, and want to be a success quickly? Transcend can support you in making the transition to a new position, role or company with targeted advice and support in learning new behaviors to bring you early success.

For All Packages:

• Minimum 90-minute intake session, including review of your short and long term goals, values, vision and key roadblocks.
• 6 months of coaching, including 18 telephone sessions (45 minutes each). 
• Coaching packages start at $650 per month (6-month minimum), plus your initial Intake Session ($300). 
• Your Intake Session includes review of some "pre-work", establishment of our coaching relationship and ground rules, what to expect, and formal scheduling of our 3 first sessions. 
•  Monthly coaching includes email support, and laser coaching calls (5-minute specific issue calls as needed). 
• Additional months of coaching support can be added for $650/month for 3 sessions, including email support, and laser coaching calls. 
•  Strategic Business Review sessions as needed including extensive feedback on strategy, structure, presentation, targeting and key questions to expect. ($1300 per 4-hour session) 
• Additional consulting time as needed on organizational strategies, fund raising, market segmentation, business development and partnering.
