Our Founder
Laura Huckabee-Jennings, Founder and CEO
Laura Huckabee-Jennings is a seasoned international executive and coach with a 20-year track-record in building businesses in Asia, Europe and the US through management roles with global corporations such as Coca-Cola and Procter & Gamble, as well as technology start-up Time Domain and London-based consulting firm InterMatrix.
Laura brings a top-level strategic vision to corporate development, from early business model development through product line extensions, strategic partnering and geographic expansion. She brings the experience of having managed $30 million budgets and large organizations through cultural and market changes, and leverages that experience to create long-term sustainable business plans, processes and partnerships to create profitable growth. She leads Transcend to provide impartial coaching to your agenda combined with specific business issue consulting.
Laura's education includes an undergraduate degree in physical chemistry from Princeton University, a Masters in Comparative Culture/International Business from Sophia (Jochi) University in Tokyo and an MBA from INSEAD in France. Having spent 6 years living in Japan and 7 years living in various countries in Europe, she is fluent in Japanese and has a working knowledge of French.
